As a workspace administrator, you are often managing lots of data for your organization. This could include project permissions, templates, spaces, and more.
Giraffe's governance settings default to the most secure view available, meaning you will typically only see projects that have been explicitly shared with you.
However, workspace administrators have the option to use "audit mode" to review all projects regardless of shared access.
Here's how:
From the Portfolio Layer
The portfolio layer is your workspace project list. Typically, you will see the projects that have been shared with you. As a workspace admin, toggle "audit" to see everything.
Add a portfolio layer to a Space or Project.
Then, activate it in the data table
Toggle on "audit mode" (bottom right)
Once you're in audit mode, you can use bulk selection tools to share, delete and edit projects en masse.
Via URL
You can also quickly edit the url to see all projects.
Simply replace "work" with "audit" in the url, and refresh the page.
