Bulk Actions on Portfolio Layer

Use data table bulk functions to update projects en masse.

Open the data table by clicking the table icon on the portfolio layer from the layer tree

Select one or more projects using the checkboxes on the left.

Once one or more projects are selected, the bulk update options appear.

Update a workspace property value for multiple projects at once.

Select multiple projects.

Click "edit"

Select a workspace property to update from the list

Update the value, then click "save"

Share multiple projects at once.

Select multiple projects.

Click "share"

Input emails, select teams, or choose a workspace.

The map location zooms to the centroid of the selection.

Select multiple projects.

Click "center"

Export the selected projects' workspace properties in a spreadsheet.

Select multiple projects.

Click "export"

Select CSV or Excel.

Then, select what to export

Delete all of the selected projects.

Select multiple projects.

Click "Delete"
