If you already have a collection of layers that you like from another project or template, add them all quickly using the Import from Project menu in the layer library.
Open the Layer Library
Click + data layer
Click “Import from a project”
Select the project to import from.
Select the layers to Import by ticking the checkboxes.
Click “Add selected to project”
The layers are imported to your current project.
You can also use the "Import from Projects" tab in the Content Library!
