Organize Workspace Properties

Manage how workspace properties appear in forms

Workspace Properties can be organized so that workspace members can navigate them easily.

Change Order

Change the order of properties from Settings.

Click the 6 dot move handle.

Drag the property up or down, and release where you want it to be.

The order of properties in the Settings panel is the order the properties will appear in forms.

Groups

Grouping workspace properties helps workspace members to navigate long forms.

Groups provide headings and they are collapsible.

Create a Property Group

Navigate to Main Menu->Manage Account->Settings

Click "New Group"

Input a Group Name and click "create group"

The group is added to the top of the list.

Move it anywhere in the list the same way you would move a property

Add Properties to the Group

To add a property to the group, drag it to the group name.

Click the 6 dot move handle.

Drag it into the group header.

The property will sort to the end of the group list.

Move it up or down within the list the same way you move properties.

Edit Group Name

Click the Edit pencil icon to edit the group name.

Set Default Collapse State

If you want a group to be collapsed by default in the form editor, collapse it in the editor interface.

Delete Property Group

Click the Bin icon to delete the group.

Deleting the group will place any Properties back into the "ungrouped" list in forms.
