Place blocks from the block manager.
Open the Block Manager by clicking the cube icon in the left hand palette.
Select a Block from the list of definitions.
Then click on the map to place it.
Once the block is placed, you can move & rotate, duplicate, and edit properties.
When you copy a block instance, it creates another instance of the same block definition. You can also clone the definition from the block manager.
