If you no longer need a view, you can delete it.
Open the view palette by clicking the camera icon on the left.
Click the … icon under the View preview.
Select "delete"
The view is deleted from the layer palette.
If the view was in use in a report, it will be removed from the report.
If it was the first view in the list, the project preview will be replaced with the new first view. If it was the only view in the project, the project preview will be replaced with the standard map preview.
