If you make changes to your project, clicking the view will still transition your canvas to show the same camera angle and layers. However, the screenshot needs to be manually updated. Follow these steps to revise the screenshot or other view elements.
Open the view palette by clicking the camera icon on the left.
Click the … icon under the View preview, and select an edit option.
Edit: return to the save view screen to make updates to title, description, save preferences, and more.
Upon save, the layer state and camera angle of the current canvas will also be saved along with any metadata edits.
Update: Quickly update the view (layers, camera angle) and thumbnail (view style, sun angle) based on the current map canvas.
If it is a 2D view, you can re-adjust the scale and paper alignment.
