When you duplicate a drawing layer, it also copies all of the geometries on that layer.
To duplicate a drawing layer:
Click the 3 dot menu on the right side of the layer
Select Duplicate
A new layer called [layerName}-copy is added.
If the duplicated layer is part of a group, it will be added to the same group.
You can also duplicate layer groups:
Click the 3 dot menu to the right of the group name
Select Duplicate Drawing Layers
A new group and new layers are created with [groupName]-copy and [layerName]-copy labels. The geometries on the drawing layers are also duplicated.
