To create a new Usage, clone an existing Usage.
Select that Usage from the dropdown, then click “Clone usage”.
Type the new Usage name and select “Okay”.
Add Properties by clicking “Add new property.”
Edit the properties to match your company’s or project’s assumptions and graphics preferences.
Delete properties that are not relevant.
Edit Defaults as needed.
We recommend cloning from the usage that is most similar to the new usage you want to create. If you want your new usage to include dwelling units, close the Residential usage. If you want the new usage to be landscape, try cloning the landscape - simple usage.
