Apply filters, sorting, or styling. Adjust columns. Once you are happy with the data shown, the layer state is ready to save.
Click the save icon on the table to save any changes you’ve made (filters, sorting, or styling).
Click X on the table to close it.
The current state of the table is saved as the project default. Next time you open the project, it will inherit this view. The most recently-saved state will appear to all project editors on their next page load.
