Create visibility across your org.

Ensure the right people have the right information at the right time. You have complete control over sharing data within your org.

The Teams or Enterprise tier can share with an individual, a team, or an entire workspace. The Core tier can share projects with individuals.

Projects contain a lot of data: geospatial layers, usages, geometry, analytics, and apps. When you share a project, all of that project’s data is shared.

To share, click the share icon in the top right.

The sharing menu appears.

Sharing

Only project administrators can share projects

To share with an individual:

  • Type the user’s email into the email text box.

    • Guest - view project metadata in a Space

    • View - can view data but cannot edit anything

    • Edit - can edit, but cannot delete or share the project

    • Administer - full control

  • Click Invite. The individual will receive an email with the project link

To share with a team:

  • Select a team from your workspace from the dropdown.

  • Select the team's access level

    • View - can view data but cannot edit anything

    • Edit - can edit, but cannot delete or share the project

  • Click Invite. Every team member will now have access with the permission selected.

Only team administrators can share with a Team.

To share with a workspace:

  • Select a workspace from the dropdown

  • Workspace sharing is always view-only

  • Click Invite. Every workspace member will now have view-only access.

Only workspace administrators can share projects with the workspace.

To change permissions

Open the sharing menu.

Click the permissions dropdown next to the individual or team.

Select the new access level

To Revoke access

Open the sharing menu.

Click the permissions dropdown next to the individual or team.

Select "revoke access"

To revoke a workspace's access, click the bin icon next to the workspace name in the sharing menu.
