Content packs can contain only a couple items, or they can be expansive with hundreds of individual elements. There are multiple ways to add content to allow you to add only what you need.
Add All
When you find a piece of content you want to add, mouse over the listing to expose the import button.
Click the import icon to place the entire pack in a single click.
If Usages from the pack have names matching your project, you will be asked to select replacement behavior.
Likewise, if analytics grouping and/or charts from the pack differ from the project, you'll be asked to keep or replace:
Once you confirm your Usage and Analytics preferences, the content pack will be added to your current project.
If the content pack includes geometries, the elements will be placed at the center of your screen:

If you want to add only certain elements from the pack, you can drill down into the contents from the detail page.
Click the > carat to expand

Generally, these are the options:
Click the + to add the item
Click the Eyedropper to copy the item's properties. (Click a geometry to apply the eyedropper)
Click the polygon to select a draw with method
The Features category includes a special viewer, with zoom and zoom to bounds. Click + to add all.
Click "pick features" to open the picker menu.
Click elements on the map, or using checkboxes.
Click "add # feature(s) to project" to add your select to the map
Tick "update stack order" to apply a new stack order to the imported items.
Leave unticked to inherit the original strack order.
