Use workspace properties to store information about projects to your portfolio layer.

Workspace properties are a powerful tool to keep your pipeline on track, and it works best when you and your team are diligent about managing your data.

You fill in all pertinent properties when creating a project. You should also keep the information up to date throughout the project’s lifecycle.

At Project Create

Upon saving a project, you can fill out workspace property values (if they are configured for your account).

Workspace property fields display below the project name section.

Workspace Properties are custom to every workspace. Your workspace properties will be different from what is shown below.

From Project Settings

With a project open, navigate to project settings.

The Workspace Property fields are displayed in the first tab, labelled "Workspace"

From the Project Gallery (in Spaces)

Click a project card in the project gallery. The project details are displayed.

Click the pencil icon next to a field name to edit its value.
