Sourcing a deal usually means jumping between a parcel viewer, a spreadsheet, and a CRM. Sites keeps the whole search inside Giraffe. Find parcels in plain English, save the good ones as projects, and move them through your pipeline with your team.

What Sites does
Find sites: Describe the parcels you want, such as "Industrial-zoned land in VIC over 1 hectare," and Giraffe AI builds a shortlist on the map.
Create projects from sites: Select one or more parcels and save them as Giraffe projects, one per parcel or amalgamated into one.
Pipeline: Track your projects on a board grouped by stage, status, or any other field.
Upload: Import a CSV of addresses, or read a PDF such as an offering memorandum into a new project.
Notes and tasks: Keep notes on each deal and see every task across your projects in one list.
Projects: Browse, search, and open the projects in your Space.
The Sites tabs
Sites has five tabs across the top: Projects, Find sites, Pipeline, Upload, and Tasks. Sites opens on Find sites.
The right side of the tab bar holds the AI button for Giraffe AI, the Help icon, and the Settings icon.

Open Sites
Sites runs as an app in a Space. Add the Sites app to your Space, then click its icon to open it.
Who can use Sites
Enterprise workspaces can use every Sites tab. Other workspaces can use the Projects tab. The other tabs show a lock icon with an upgrade message.

Some features need an API credential. Giraffe AI needs an Anthropic credential. US parcel search needs a Regrid credential. Australian parcel search needs no credential. Pick your credentials in Settings in Sites.
Where Sites saves your work
Project fields, pipeline moves, notes, and tasks save to the Giraffe project, so everyone on your team sees them.
Board and search settings, such as the pipeline grouping and the parcel source, save with the Space for everyone who opens Sites there. Your credential choice saves in your own browser only.
Open Sites inside a project
When you open Sites inside a project, Sites shows that project's details only. Click ← Back to space to return to the full app.
