The calculation builder is where the magic happens! Create a completely customized calculation to help you track what makes or breaks your project.
Open the calculation builder:
Click the + next to a category name.
OR
Click new measure in analytics settings.
OR
Click the name of any existing calculation to edit it.
The calculation builder opens:
Information
Give the calculation a name
Select its Unit of measure
Determine the Precision
Input a description
Add components
Nominate properties, existing measures, category subtotals, or site areas
Add as many components as you wish
Build the formula
Write an expression using the components and mathematical operators
Determine the roll up operation
Preview the calculation at the feature level
Preview the rolled up calculation
Use filters to pick which geometries to include in the calculation
Adjust the appearance of the line item in your report
Set quantity/rate (for exports)
Delete the calculation
Duplicate the calculation
Save your changes
